心理资本干预及其对大学生求职竞争优势影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 心理资本是超越人力资本和社会资本的一种核心心理要素,是促进个人成长和绩效提升的重要心理资源.以团体辅导形式提升大学生的心理资本,是培养大学生职业规划能力、调适积极就业心态、提升就业绩效的重要手段和有效途径.本研究通过实验研究,将心理资本干预的团体辅导技术与职业生涯教育充分融合,以检验其干预效果,提升大学生就业指导的多元化和精准性.
