摘要
鞍钢股份有限公司无缝钢管厂Φ177机组连轧减速机投产以来存在轴承承载能力不足易失效、润滑油管路设计不合理等缺陷,对此进行了分析并提出了具体改进方案:重新设计减速机轴承型号,增大承载力;增大供油管径,实现充分润滑。实施后消除了设备故障,降低了生产成本,取得了预期效果。
Such defects as the bearing failur e due to its insufficient bearing capacity and improper design for the lubrication line have existed since the reducer of the Φ177 continuous rolling mill train in Seamless Steel Tubing Mill of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. was put into operation.The analysis over these defects was carried out and the concrete improvement plan was proposed,consisting of redesigning the bearing designation of the reducer, increasing its bearing capacity and enlarging the diameter of the pipeline for lubricating oil supply line for achieving sufficient lubrication. After the plan was executed the equipment failures were removed and the production cost was reduced. Therefore the expected effect was achieved.
