摘要
本文以阜阳职业技术学院涉农类专业为例,探讨了人才培养模式改革与创新的相关背景、必然性,分析存在的问题以及对策,从而不断提高自身办学水平,为区域经济发展培养高素质、高技能人才。
In this paper,taking agriculture-related specialties in Fuyang Vocational and Technical College as an example,related background,inevitability,existing problems and countermeasures of talents cultivation mode reform and innovation were discussed and analyzed,so as to improve itsrunning level continuously,and to cultivate high-quality and high-skilled talents for regional economic development.
