摘要
目的:探讨抗菌药物用于儿童C反应蛋白(CRP)水平升高的疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2014—2016年信阳职业技术学院附属医院确诊的CRP水平升高的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿204例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组102例。对照组患儿给予蒲地蓝消炎口服液,观察组患儿在对照组基础上口服阿莫西林克拉维酸钾颗粒,均治疗5 d。比较两组患儿的退热时间、总病程、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患儿的退热时间、总病程和总有效率分别为(2.91±0.59)、(6.32±1.24)d和96.08%(98/102),对照组患儿分别为(2.86±0.54)、(6.25±1.12)d和97.06%(99/102),两组的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿不良反应发生率为13.75%(14/102),明显高于对照组的4.90%(5/102),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CRP水平升高的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿加用抗菌药物治疗,其效果与不加抗菌药物治疗方案相当,还会导致不良反应增多,故不建议加用抗菌药物治疗。
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy and safety of antibiotics in treatment of herpangina with the increase of C-reactive protein ( CRP ) in children .METHODS:204 child patients with herpangina of CRP increasing admitted into the Affiliated Hospital of Xinyang Vocational and Technical College during 2014-2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group via random number table , with 102 cases in each group . The control group was treated with Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid , while the observation group was given amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium particles combined with Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid , both groups received 5-day treatment . Disappearance times of fever , total courses of disease , clinical efficacy and incidences of adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared .RESULTS:The disappearance time of fever , total courses of disease and total effective rate of observation group were respectively (2.91 ±0.59) d,(6.32 ±1.24) d and 96.08%(98/102), those of the control group were respectively (2.86 ±0.54) d,(6.25 ±1.12) d and 97.06%(99/102), the differences had no statistical significances ( P 〉0.05 ); the incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group ( 13.75%, 14/102 ) was significantly higher than that of the control group ( 4.90%, 5/102 ) , with statistically significant difference ( P 〈0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of antibiotics in treatment of children herpangina with CRP increasing is basically the same as the therapeutic regimen without antibiotics , therefore, antibiotics therapy is not recommended because it will increase adverse drug reactions ,
