脑卒中后抑郁心理相关因素探究

The study on Psychological factors related to depression after stroke

目的了解脑卒中后抑郁的临床特点及心理相关的影响因素。方法采用一般情况量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表、艾森克人格问卷及社会支持量表对198例脑卒中患者进行问卷调查,来评估PSD患者的发病率、病灶部位、人格特征及社会支持情况,分析其影响因素。结果 PSD发生率36.36%,左半球PSD发生率显著高于右半球及其他部位PSD发生率,PSD患者的精神质及神经质得分显著高于非PSD组,且性格外向不稳定型发生PSD的几率高,PSD患者的主观支持、客观支持及支持的利用度低于非PSD组。结论脑卒中后抑郁是多因素作用的结果,受人格特征及社会支持的影响,应做好预防和治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of depression after stroke and to analyze the related factors. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 198 stroke patients using the general situation scale, Hamilton Depression Scale, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and Social Support Scale, to to assess the incidence, lesion location, personality traits and social support of PSD patients and analyze the related factors. Results The incidence of PSD was 36.36%, the incidence of PSD in the left hemisphere was significantly higher than that in the right hemisphere and other parts. The mental and neurological scores of PSD patients were significantly higher than those of non-PSD group, and the odds of PSD were higher, PSD patients with subjective support, objective support and support for the use of lower than non-PSD group. Conclusion Post-stroke depression is the result of multi-factor effect, by the personality characteristics and social support, should do a good job in prevention and treatment.
