锌、锰对微拟球藻生长及营养物质积累的影响

摘要 研究了不同质量浓度锌锰共同添加对微拟球藻(Nannochloropsis oculata)生长及营养物质积累的影响,结果表明,不同质量浓度的锌锰胁迫对培养液中藻细胞密度的影响和单个藻细胞中营养物质的积累不同。当培养液中Zn^(2+)质量浓度为60μg/L,Mn^(2+)质量浓度为400μg/L时,藻细胞密度、蛋白质和粗脂肪含量最高,分别为8.5×10~8个/mL、0.59 mg/mL和0.71 mg/mL。当培养液中Zn^(2+)、Mn^(2+)质量浓度分别为40μg/L和600μg/L时,藻细胞密度为6.2×10~8个/mL,单个藻细胞中蛋白质含量和粗脂肪含量最高,分别为0.98×10^(-9) mg和1.83×10^(-9) mg。 Effects of zinc and manganese supplementation with different concentration on growth and nutrient accumulation of Nannochloropsis oculata were explored. It indicated that different concentration of zinc and manganese supplementation had different effects on algae cell density in medium and nutrient accumulation in single algae cell. When Zn^(2+) concentration was 60 μg/L and Mn^(2+) concentration was 400 μg/L, the algae cell density,protein content and crude lipid content reached the peak of 8.5×108 cells/ml, 0.59 mg/ml and 0.71 mg/ml, respectively. When Zn^(2+) concentration was40 μg/L and Mn^(2+) concentration was 600 μg/L, the algae cell density was 6.2×10~8 cells/ml, the protein content and crude lipid content in single algae cell was the highest of 0.98×10-9 mg and 1.83×10^(-9) mg, respectively.
