一种钢筋套筒灌浆密实度检测方法的试验研究

Experimental study on detection method of grouting dens steel sleeve

钢筋套筒灌浆连接技术是装配式混凝土结构的关键技术,在实际工程中有着较为普遍的应用,但目前还没有有效的质量检测方法。本文采用混凝土超声断层检测扫描仪对不同灌浆密实度的钢筋套筒试件进行了检测试验,检测结果在一定程度上能够反映实际情况,研究结果可以为钢筋套筒灌浆连接质量无损检测提供一种方法。

Reinforcement sleeve grouting connection technology is key technology of fabricated concrete structure. It has a more common application in the actual process,but there is no effective quality control method at present. In this paper,the fault detection of reinforced concrete ultrasonic scanner sleeve different grouting compactness specimens were detected,the detection results can reflect the actual condition to a certain extent,the research results can provide a method for nondestructive testing of steel sleeve grouting connection quality.
