摘要
采用浸胶玄武岩纤维和钢纤维混杂,通过试件的抗压和劈裂抗拉试验,得出纤维对混凝土力学性能的影响规律,并提出浸胶玄武岩纤维混凝土增强机理的假设。试验结果表明:低掺量的钢纤维和浸胶玄武岩纤维对混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度均有一定的增强作用,且两种纤维混杂之后拥有更好的增强增韧效果,但浸胶玄武岩纤维对混凝土的破坏形态方面没有明显的改善作用,该研究成果有一定的工程应用参考价值。
In this paper,the influence of fiber on the mechanical properties of concrete is obtained by compressing the braided basalt fiber and the steel fiber. The hypothesis of the strengthening mechanism of the impregnated basalt fiber reinforced concrete is put forward. The results show that the low-volume steel fiber and dipped basalt fiber have a certain enhancement effect on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete,and the two fibers have better enhanced toughening effect after mixing. There is no obvious improvement in the damage morphology of concrete. Article research results have a certain value for engineering applications.
