摘要
从物理化学的角度研究了大体积混凝土温度裂缝产生机理,介绍了大体积混凝土温控方法,采用数值仿真手段,研究了某拱桥拱座基础大体积混凝土的水化热规律,制定了具备可操作性的温控方案,在拱座基础大体积混凝土浇筑及保养过程中采取有效的温控措施,取得了良好的温控效果,拱座基础的工程质量得到保证。
From the perspective of physical chemistry,the paper probes into the crack generation mechanism of mass concrete,in which the temperature control methods of mass concrete are introduced. By means of the numerical simulation,the paper carries on a study on the law of hydration heat of the mass concrete of abutment foundation in a certain arch bridge,formulates the temperature control scheme with operability. Some effective temperature control measures are taken in the pouring and maintenance process of the mass concrete of abutment foundation,which achieved good control effect,and provided guarantee for the project quality of abutment foundation.
