某隧道拱顶纵向开裂及断面变形监测研究

摘要 隧道的安全性对保证高速公路的畅通运行至关重要,针对某高速公路隧道拱顶纵向开裂,为了研究隧道拱顶开裂成因,对其衬砌开裂情况进行检测和分析,指出开裂原因主要为衬砌材质不合理、构造不满足设计要求和围岩偏压三个因素,采用注浆法对裂缝进行修补,取得了良好的效果,并对裂缝的长度和宽度进行监测,建立了隧道断面变形的实时监测系统,实时监测隧道的拱顶下沉和净空收敛,可为同类型隧道裂缝的处治与实时监测提供借鉴和参考。 Tunnel safety is crucial important to ensure operation safety of highway. Based on longitudinal cracking in a highway tunnel,in order to study causes of vault cracks in tunnel,lining cracking was detected and analyzed,three main reasons of tunnel vault cracking were pointed out as follows: lining material adopted was unreasonable,structure can't meet design requirements,and rock mass bias,grouting method was used to repair cracks,good effects were achieved,length and width of crack were monitored,real-time monitoring system of tunnel deformation was established,tunnel vault sink and lateral convergence were monitored real time,which can provide reference for the same type of tunnel crack treatment and real-time monitoring.
