摘要
工程项目的建设周期长,不可预见因素多,投资成本不容易把控,因此如何控制投资风险就显得尤为重要。就影响项目投资最大的三个周期及其周期内投资控制措施作了阐述,同时对投资控制的新模式BIM技术简明发表观点。
The construction period of the project is long and there are many unexpected issue. The investment cost is not easy to control. Therefore,how to control the risk of investment is particularly important. This paper expatiates on the three cycles that affect the investment of the project and the investment control measures in the cycle. At the same time,the new mode of investment control BIM technology is briefly expressed.
