按照合同约定,有效控制工程造价,是建设单位的技术经济管理的重要目标之一。针对实际中工程项目竣工结算价通常高于合同价的现象,通过案例分析、总结,提出应对措施建议。

According to the contract,the effective control of the project cost is one of the important goals of the technical and economic management of the construction unit. In view of the fact that the settlement price of the project is usually higher than the contract price in the actual project,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions through case analysis and summary.
