Discussion on the development of e-bidding

电子招投标近些年来在我国迅速发展,通过电子招投标可提高招投标效率、降低招投标成本、增加市场竞争、保证公平公正等。通过对电子招投标发展历程的梳理,指出其存在的问题,从而对电子招投标的进一步发展提出一些建议。

E-bidding has developed rapidly in China in recent years. Through e-bidding,it can improve the efficiency of bidding,reduce the cost of bidding,increase market competition,and ensure fairness and justice. By combing the development process of e-bidding the paper points out the existing problems,and puts forward some suggestions for the further development of e-bidding.
