摘要
基于中型灌区的发展现状,对中型灌区的建设管理进行研究。分析了中型灌区存在的问题,明确了中型灌区的建设内容,应加快灌区管理体制改革,并提出了保障措施,为加快中型灌区的节水配套改造步伐和运行管理提供参考。
Based on the development status of medium-sized irrigation district,the construction management of medium-sized irrigation district was studied. The problems existing in medium-sized irrigation districts are pointed out. The construction content of medium-sized irrigation district was defined,the management system reform of irrigation district should be speeded up,and the guarantee measures are put forward. It can provide reference for speeding up water-saving transformation and operation management of medium-sized irrigation district.
