随着我国国民经济的高速发展,人们的生活质量有了较大的改善,人们对建筑工程的施工质量也有着更高的要求,随着我国城市化进程的不断加快,我国的建筑行业已经取得了较大程度的发展,建筑规模不断扩大,这就使得建筑工程管理问题成为了社会各界人士所关注的焦点。主要围绕建筑工程管理的现状进行分析,就其中存在的问题进行简要的分析,并提出相应的解决措施。

With the rapid development of China's national economy,people's quality of life has been greatly improved. The quality of construction on the construction of the people also have higher requirements,along with our country city and urbanization process accelerating,the construction industry in China has achieved great development,expanding the scale of construction,which makes the problem of construction project management has become the focus of social concern from all walks of life. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of construction project management,analyzes the existing problems briefly,and puts forward corresponding solutions.
