法律硕士案例教学之师生互动模式研究

Research on the Interactive Mode of Teachers and Students in Case Teaching of Master of Law

法律硕士教育以致用、实务为指向,而传统的法学教育模式存在诸多弊端,并不能满足这种专业学位教育的需求。师生互动与案例教学的有机结合克服了传统教育模式的缺陷,与法律硕士教育完美契合,在法律硕士课程构成中应有举足轻重的地位。同时将庭审观摩与模拟法庭机制引入案例教学模式中,成为其有机组成部分,深化法律硕士职业技能的培育效果。

The education of Master of Law aims at application and practice.However,the traditional law education mode has many disadvantages and can't meet the needs of the education in this degree.The organic combination of teacher-student interaction and case teaching overcomes the shortcomings of traditional education mode and perfectly matches with the education in the Master of Law,which should play a decisive role in the composition of the curriculum in the Master of Law.At the same time,the court observation and the moot court mechanisms are introduced into the case teaching mode,which becomes the organic part and deepens the cultivation of the professional skills in the Master of Law.
