下颌SFI-Bar杆卡式即刻修复覆盖种植义齿临床疗效评估 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察和评价下颌SFI-Bar杆卡式即刻修复覆盖种植义齿修复2年后的临床效果。方法因下牙列缺失,下颌牙槽嵴中重度吸收需行下颌覆盖种植义齿修复的门诊患者4例,用SFI-Bar杆卡式即刻修复覆盖种植义齿进行修复。术后1、3、6、12及24个月复诊。结果8颗植体稳定度高,牙龈组织健康,术后1年骨吸收小于1mm。4副义齿,1副义齿在使用6个月后基托折断,余义齿均固位好,咀嚼效率高,取得良好的修复效果。结论下颌SFI-Bar杆卡式即刻修复覆盖种植义齿,是一种省时、经济、安全有效的新型杆卡式即刻修复覆盖种植义齿,具有良好的临床修复效果。 Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of immediate loading of implant-supported mandibular overdentures with SFI-Bar-clip attachment for up to 2 years.Methods Four patients with mandibular dentition defect and severe alveolar ridge absorption were treated with immediate loading of implant-supported mandibular overdentures using SFI-Bar-clip attachment.Patients were re-examined after 1,3,6,12 and 24 months of loading.Results Eight implants showed high stability with healthy gingival tissue.The marginal bone loss was less than 1 mm after 1 year of follow-up.All dentures had good stability,retention and masticatory function,except 1 case of denture base fracture.Conclusion Immediate loading of implant-supported mandibular overdentures with SFI-Bar-clip attachment is a timesaving economical,safe and effective method to achieve the satisfactory clinical efficacy.
