摘要 针对当前国内铁合金行业高硅锰硅密闭电炉及干法煤气净化回收技术的难点,从生产原料及炉内反应机理入手,分析生产操作对炉气净化装置的影响,以及为保证净化装置的正常运行,在电炉使用原材料及操作中的注意事项,介绍了高硅锰硅电炉干法净化装置在设计中的注意事项,同时介绍了一种相对成熟的干法净化工艺技术。 Aimed at the difficulty of high Si ferromanganese-silicon sealed submerged arc furnace and furnace gas purification in the current domestic ferroalloy industry,this paper analyzes the impact of production and operation on the furnace gas purification device on the basis of the raw materials and reaction mechanism in furnace. In order to ensure the normal operation of furnace gas purification,it introduces the matters needing attention in the use of raw materials and operations,and in the design of the furnace gas purification device as well. Meanwhile,this paper introduces a comparatively mature technology.
