摘要
介绍了宏电铁合金公司在高碳铬铁生产中通过对炉温的提升、合金碳硅的控制、渣型的调整及原燃料的合理搭配,使合金硫含量由0.08%降至0.06%以内。实践证明,炉温的提升和合理渣型调控是控制高碳铬铁合金中硫元素的有效途径。
This paper introduced,during smelting HC-ferrochrome,it decreases sulfer in alloy from 0.08% to 0.06% by means of furnace temperature,alloy C and Si control,slag type adjustment and reasonable material collocation of Hongdian Ferroalloy Co.,Ltd. It has been found that the raise of temperature and reasonable slag type control are the effective ways to control S in HC-ferrochrome.
