摘要
电极下把持设备作为矿热炉核心部件在设计、材质、尺寸各个方面一直备受用户关注。其中压力环、铜瓦、波纹管和水冷保护屏四大件更是直接体现设备最终技术水平。目前国内所设计使用的主流材质分别为不锈钢和轧制铜材。文章旨在通过介绍法国FAi的纯正锻造铜材及其铜制电极下把持部件的设计和应用,让国内矿热炉用户深入和充分了解该设备的技术指标、设计思路、使用效果及相应收益。从而认识国际领先的新技术和新设备。
Electrode holdings with its design, dimensions, material quality and etc. are always focused by users as the core parts of SAF. In which, pressure rings, contact shoes, pressure bellows and cooling shield are reflect their fi-nal technologies directly. The present materials for electrode holdings are mainly fabricating by stainless steel and roll-ing copper. This thesis is trying to help domestic users to learn well on FAi COFOR copper parts for electrode hold-ings and its technical performance, ideas, development techniques and users benefits, so as to understand interna-tional leading new technologies and equipment.
