摘要
为解决硅铁破碎中需要提高成品率以及降低粉末在非成品中占比的问题,针对硅铁自然块外形及硬度特点,设计了一种同时具有两个动颚的双动颚破碎机。根据"劈碎"比"揉碎"产生粉末更少的原理,提出了一种双动颚破碎机,然后进行了仿真和小批量带料试验,确定了两块动颚的相对运动轨迹、运动频率比、运动幅度、破碎力、破碎角度等参数。最后进行了现场批量试验,并与通常的单动颚破碎机进行了比较。结果表明,双动颚破碎机对于硅铁破碎,成品率更高、颗粒均匀、粉末样在非成品中占比少、有效避免了大而硬样品的破碎卡阻,更符合硅铁破碎高成品率的要求。
In order to solve the problem that improving the rate of qualified products and reducing the proportion of powder in non-conforming products in ferrosilicon crushing, according to the shape and hardness characteristics of fer- rosilicon block, double moving jaw crusher is designed. According to the principle that M breaking produces" have less power than M rubbing produces" , the paper puts forward a double moving jaw crusher, then simulating and small batch testing to determine the relative motion of two moving jaw, the moving jaw frequency ratio, amplitude of motion, breaking force, breaking angle and other parameters. In the end, a lot of field experiments were carried out and com-pared with the single moving jaw crusher. The results show that the double moving jaw crusher has higher rate of quali-fied products, uniform particles, less powder proportion, and avoids blocking when breaking large or hard samples. So double moving jaw crusher is the better choice in silicon iron broken with the requirements of high rate of qualified products.
