摘要
为了让汽车维修行业人员或汽车相关专业的学生更好掌握汽车电动车窗电器技术,开发了电动车窗试验台,教师在利用实验台进行授课时,学生能直观地认识,更容易理解,记忆更深刻,学习效率也会更高。本文对丰田卡罗拉轿车电动车窗的结构组成进行了讲解,对其工作原理进行了深入的分析,并对实验台的设计过程进行了全面的总结和详细的说明。实验台的总体设计包括实验台面板控制图的设计、故障点的设计及车身全车电路图设计。
In order to make car-maintaining personnel or automobile-related specialized students grasp the electricalautomobile technology of electric windows, the testing rig on electric windows is developed, so that teachers can teachvividly on the testing bench while students can intuitively and easily understand the instruction with a more profoundmemory and a higher learning efficiency. In this paper, a detailed summary and instruction are offered concerning the electricwindows of the Toyota Corolla car, its structure and its working principles. The overall design includes the panel design ofthe testing bed, the design of fault-controlling charts and and the schematic circuit design of the power windows.
