摘要
高新技术企业创新能力关乎城市发展的驱动力。该文基于CMM模型对高新技术企业创新能力成熟度提出了初始化、规范级、战略级、可预测级和持续优化级的级别界定,构建了创新能力成熟度内部结构评价指标体系。结合《2012—2015年芜湖市国民经济和社会发展统计公报》数据分析得出芜湖市高新技术企业的创新能力在逐步上升,其创新等级由规范级上升到可预测级别。
The innovation ability of high-tech enterprises relates to the driving force of urban development. Based on theCMM model, this paper puts forward the definitions of initialization level, specification level, strategy level, predictable leveland continuous optimization level peculiar to innovation capability maturity of high-tech enterprises, and constructs theinternal structural evaluation index system of innovation ability maturity. Combined with the data from The Wuhu NationalEconomic and Social Development Statistics Bulletin： from 2012 to 2015, the analysis shows that the innovation ability of thehigh-tech enterprises in Wuhu is gradually rising, and its innovation level has increased from specification level topredictable level.
