《粤海关志》修纂者及重纂本《叙例》新考——方东树《<粤海关志>叙例》及两篇代作《<粤海关志>序》解读

New Research on the Compilers of Yue Haiguan Zhi and Its Revised Edition Xu Li:Interpretations of Fang Dongshu's Yue Haiguan Zhi Xu Li and Two Prefaces

《粤海关志》存世业文堂本未列修纂者姓名,近世多据梁廷楠《合省国说·序》而定梁廷楠为总纂。但据方东树《考槃集文录》所载《<粤海关志>叙例》及代两广总督邓廷桢和豫堃所撰两篇序言,《粤海关志》主修者应为豫堃,业文堂本(初纂本)总纂为梁廷楠,曾钊、方东树等为分纂;在梁廷楠初纂本基础上,曾有过方东树总纂的重纂本。同时,比较方东树《<粤海关志>叙例》与梁廷楠《<粤海关志>凡例》及业文堂本《粤海关志》之异同,可见方东树在重纂本中对其体例和结构进行了调整和增删,其体例更加严谨,结构更加层次分明,详略得当,更加符合政书的书写体例。

The surviving Yue Haiguan Zhi( Annals of Yue Customs) printed by Ye Wen Tang did not list the compilers' names. Nowadays Liang Tingnan is often regarded as the chief compiler according to his preface in He Sheng Guo Shuo. However,in accordance with the record of Yue Haiguan Zhi collected in Kao Pan Ji Wenlu by Fang Dongshu,and another two prefaces written by Fang for Deng Tingzhen and Yu Kun,Governors of Guangdong and Guangxi,the main compiler of Yue Haiguan Zhi should be Yu Kun,while the chief compiler of the Ye Wen Tang edition( the first edition) should be Liang Tingnan,with Zeng Zhao and Fang Dongshu as assistant compilers. Fang revised Liang's edition later. Besides,comparing the differences of the three articles,we can come to the conclusion that with Fang's revision,the style and structure of his edition became clearer and more reasonable.
