骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的微创治疗进展

Progress in minimally invasive treatment for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

随着现代社会老龄化的日益严重,骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的发病率逐年上升。卧床保守治疗常常引起并发症。椎体成形术是目前较常用的介入方法,其具有创伤小、并发症少、疼痛缓解明显等优点,查阅近年来国内外有关OVCF微创治疗的文献,对各种疗法在骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折中的应用进行总结、归纳。

With the aging of modern society becoming more and more serious,the incidence of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures is increasing year by year,conservative treatment in bed often leads to complications.Vertebroplasty is one of the most common interventional methods,which has the advantages of less trauma,less complications and obvious pain relief.In this paper,we reviewe the literatures about minimally invasive treatment of OVCF in recent years at home and abroad,and summarize the applications of various therapies in osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.
