合理应用抗生素在呼吸内科的临床分析

Clinical analysis of rational use of antibiotics in respiratory medicine

目的:探讨合理应用抗生素的方法。方法:选择呼吸内科处方300张,分析抗生素使用情况。结果:在300张处方中,使用抗生素处方240张(80%)。只使用1种抗生素处方150张(50%),两种药物联合使用处方100张(33%),3种药物联合使用处方30张(10%),4种药物联合使用处方10张(3.3%)。结论:抗生素使用存在一些问题,较为严重的有抗生素滥用、不合理用药等。

Objective:To explore the method of rational use of antibiotics.Methods:300 prescriptions in respiratory medicine were selected.We analyzed the use of antibiotics.Results:In the 300 prescriptions,there were 240 prescriptions(80%) for antibiotics.There were 150 prescriptions(50%) for only one antibiotic.There were 100 prescriptions(33%) for two antibiotics.There were 30 prescriptions(10%) for three antibiotics.There were 10 prescriptions(3.3%) for four antibiotics.Conclusion:There were some problems in the use of antibiotics,and the more serious situation were abuse of antibiotics and irrational use of drugs.
