小儿上呼吸道肺炎支原体感染应用阿奇霉素治疗的效果探究

Study on the efficacy of azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children with upper respiratory tract infection

目的:探讨小儿上呼吸道肺炎支原体感染应用阿奇霉素治疗的效果。方法:收治小儿上呼吸道肺炎支原体感染患儿255例,分两组。对照组应用红霉素治疗,阿奇霉素组应用阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组治疗效果,症状消失时间、肺部炎性病灶消失时间,干预前后患儿C反应蛋白、白细胞计数。结果:阿奇霉素组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);阿奇霉素组症状消失时间、肺部炎性病灶消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);干预后阿奇霉素组C反应蛋白、白细胞计数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿上呼吸道肺炎支原体感染应用阿奇霉素治疗的效果确切,可有效改善临床症状和体征,降低机体炎性水平。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children with upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:255 cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children with upper respiratory tract infection were selected.They were divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with erythromycin,and the azithromycin group was treated with azithromycin.The curative total effect of the two groups of children with upper respiratory tract mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,the time of symptom disappearance and the time of pulmonary inflammatory lesion disappeared,C reactive protein and white blood cell count before and after intervention was compared.Results:The effect of mycoplasma infection in the azithromycin group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms and the disappearance time of inflammatory lesions in the azithromycin group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the C reactive protein and WBC count in the azithromycin group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children's upper respiratory tract is effective,and it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs, and reduce the level of inflammation.
