翼状胬肉患者应用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术与羊膜移植术治疗的疗效研究

The study of limbal stem cell transplantation and amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of pterygium

目的:比较翼状胬肉患者应用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术与羊膜移植术治疗的疗效。方法:收治翼状胬肉患者65例,随机分两组。对照组采用羊膜移植术治疗,观察组采用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗,比较其各项指标。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,术后并发症率以及复发率明显低于对照组,角膜创面愈合时间明显比对照组更短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:翼状胬肉患者应用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术的临床疗效良好,并发症率与复发率低、愈合时间短、取材方便。

Objective:To compare the effect of limbal stem cell transplantation and amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of pterygium.Methods:65 patients with pterygium were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with amniotic membrane transplantation,and the observation group was treated with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation.We compared its indicators.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the postoperative complication rate and recurrence rate were significantly lower than the control group;the healing time of corneal wound was shorter than that of control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Limbal stem cell transplantation for pterygium patients has good clinical efficacy,with low complication rate,low recurrence rate,short healing time and easy access to materials.
