摘要
目的:探讨乳导管冲洗灌注疗法在哺乳期乳腺炎中的应用效果。方法:收治患者100例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组采用乳导管冲洗灌注疗法,对照组采用单纯疏通按摩治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳导管冲洗灌注疗法在哺乳期乳腺炎中的应用效果显著。
Objective:To explore the application effect of mammary duct irrigation therapy in mastitis during lactation.Methods:100 patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated by mammary duct irrigation therapy,and the control group was treated by simple dredge massage treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of mammary duct irrigation therapy in mastitis during lactation was significant.
