缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压的临床效果观察

Clinical efficacy of valsartan combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of hypertension

目的:探讨缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压的临床效果。方法:收治原发性高血压患者110例,分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用缬沙坦治疗,试验组采用缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,试验组总有效率高于对照组,舒张压及收缩压水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压的临床效果显著、安全性高。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of valsartan combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:110 patients with essential hypertension were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with valsartan,and the experimental group was treated with valsartan combined with amlodipine besylate.We compared the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the experimental group,the effective rate was higher than that in the control group,and the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure level were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of valsartan combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of hypertension was significant,and the security was high.
