摘要目的:探讨曼月乐及孕激素治疗子宫内膜增生症的临床疗效。方法:收治子宫内膜增生症患者40例,分为试验组与对照组。对照组采用孕激素治疗,试验组采用曼月乐治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,试验组的子宫内膜厚度和子宫内膜逆转率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:曼月乐治疗子宫内膜增生症的临床疗效显著。 Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of mirena and progesterone in the treatment of endometrial hyperplasia.Methods:40 patients with endometrial hyperplasia were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated with progesterone,and the experimental group was treated with mirena.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the endometrial thickness and endometrial reversion rate in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of mirena in the treatment of endometrial hyperplasia was significant.
