参麦注射液联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗老年心力衰竭疗效观察

Efficacy of Shen Mai injection combined with potassium aspartate magnesium in the treatment of senile heart failure

目的:探讨参麦注射液联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗老年心力衰竭的效果。方法:收治老年心力衰竭患者96例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规抗心衰治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用参麦注射液联合门冬氨酸钾镁。结果:观察组的总体有效率、左室射血分数(LVEF)和6min步行距离的改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗老年心力衰竭的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of Shen Mai injection combined with potassium aspartate magnesium in the treatment of senile heart failure.Methods:96 elderly patients with heart failure were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional anti heart failure treatment,the observation group was treated with Shen Mai injection combined with potassium aspartate magnesium on the basis of the control group.Results:In the observation group,the overall efficiency,the improvement of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and 6 minutes walking distance were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of Shen Mai injection combined with potassium aspartate magnesium in the treatment of senile heart failure was significant.
