过小会厌导致困难气道临床分析

Clinical analysis on difficult airway caused by small epiglottis

目的:探讨小会厌对气管插管的影响。方法:回顾气管插管过程中遇到会厌极度短小患者7例,对其插管过程进行分析。结果:7例患者在插管时均遇到了困难,所有患者在普通喉镜直视下显露声门困难,肉眼无法窥视声门的任何部分,气管插管次数增加,气管插管时间延长,或需经特殊器械辅助下方可顺利进行气管插管。结论:会厌过小会导致困难气道。

Objective:To investigate the effect of small epiglottis on trachea intubation.Methods:7 cases of extremely short epiglottis were observed during tracheal intubation,and the course of intubation was analyzed.Results:7 patients meet with difficulties at the time of intubation,all patients appear glottis difficult in common laryngoscope,any part of the naked eye cannot see the glottis,intubation times increasing,intubation time prolonged,or take a special instrument to assist below can be successfully performed tracheal intubation.Conclusion:Small epiglottis can lead to difficult airway.
