高龄患者PLIF术后感染的危险因素分析

Risk factors of postoperative infection in elderly patients with PLIF

目的:探讨高龄患者腰椎后路PLIF术后发生感染的危险因素。方法:收治PLIF术后发生感染的高龄患者43例。对比同期采取相同的手术方式、高龄、未发生切口感染的患者459例。结果:术前合并糖尿病、高血脂、肥胖中>2个合并症、术中出血>400 m L及术后出现低蛋白血症是高龄患者PLIF手术后感染的危险因素。结论:对于高龄接受PLIF的患者,为避免术后感染的可能,对术前合并糖尿病、高血脂、肥胖中>2个合并症、术中出血>400 m L以及术后出现低蛋白血症的患者,需要格外谨慎,预防术后感染的可能性。

Objective:To investigate the risk factors of postoperative infection in elderly patients with PLIF.Methods:43 elderly patients occurred infection after PLIF treatment.Compared with 459 cases at the same period,were treated with the same operation method,old age and no incision infection.Results:Before operation,there were diabetes,hyperlipidemia,obesity,more than two complications,intraoperative bleeding>400 m L,postoperative hypoproteinemia,which were the risk factors of postoperative PLIF infection in elderly patients.Conclusion:For elderly patients undergoing PLIF,in order to avoid postoperative infection, for preoperative diabetes,hyperlipidemia,obesity,there are more than two complications,bleeding more than 400 m L and postoperative hypoalbuminemia in such patients,they need to be cautious,the possibility of preventing postoperative infection.
