摘要
目的:探讨椎体后凸成形术治疗老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折的效果。方法:收治老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折患者50例,对其进行椎体后凸成形术治疗。结果:对比患者手术前和手术后的椎体变化情况,手术后患者身体明显得到改善,各项指标均优于手术前,前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术后的SF-36评分明显提升、疼痛评分明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折患者实施椎体后凸成形术治疗具有良好的效果,能加快患者身体恢复。
Objective:To investigate the effect of percutanouskyphoplasty in treatment of spinal compression fracture of senile osteoporosis.Methods:50 patients with spinal compression fracture of senile osteoporosis were selected.We treated them with percutanouskyphoplasty.Results: Comparing before and after operation in patients with vertebral body,body obviously improved after the surgery,the indicators were better than before the surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), SF-36 score improved significantly after surgery, pain score decreased obviously,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of spinal compression fracture of senile osteoporosis with percutanouskyphoplasty has good results and speeds up the recovery of the patients.
