华新社区糖尿病抽样调查结果分析

Analysis of diabetes mellitus sampling survey in Huaxin community

目的:探讨华新社区糖尿病患者的现况。方法:随机抽取2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,进行一般状况调查、体格检查、生化检查及CES-D量表调查。结果:共有287人参与调查,56%BMI超过正常范围,其中超重者男性多于女性,而肥胖者则女性多于男性;50%血糖指标控制不良,其中男性空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白控制不良者明显多于女性。结论:糖尿病患者的现状不容乐观,家庭医生实施干预刻不容缓。

Objective:To investigate the status of diabetes in Huaxin community.Methods:The subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly selected for general condition investigation, physical examination, biochemical examination and CES-D scale investigation.Results:A total of 287 people participated in the survey,56% BMI over normal range,including overweight men more than women,while obese women were more than men;50% of the patients had poor glycemic control,and men with impaired fasting glucose and Hb A1 c were significantly more likely than women.Conclusion:The current situation of diabetic patients is not optimistic,and it is urgent for family doctors to intervene.
