子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效评估

Application and clinical evaluation on myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids

目的:探讨子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法:收治子宫肌瘤患者76例。对照组38例,采用传统开腹手术治疗;腹腔镜组38例,在腹腔镜辅助下行子宫肌瘤剔除术。结果:腹腔镜组子宫肌瘤剔除效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。腹腔镜组患者剔除术完成时间、胃肠复常时间、平均住院时间均比对照组短,而出血均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜辅助子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤,可有效缩短手术时间、减少手术过程失血、术后康复速度加快、并发症减少。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods:76 cases of uterine fibroids were treated.38 cases in the control group were treated with traditional laparotomy,and 38 cases in the laparoscopic group were treated with laparoscopic assisted myomectomy.Results:The effect of laparoscopic myomectomy was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the postoperative complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of completion of the operation,the gastrointestinal reconstruction and the average length of stay in the laparoscopic group was shorter than in the control group,and the bleeding was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic assisted myomectomy for uterine fibroids can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce blood loss during operation,accelerate postoperative rehabilitation,and reduce complications.
