中心静脉导管置管闭式引流术治疗类肺炎性胸腔积液临床探讨

Clinical study of closed drainage of central venous catheter for the treatment of pneumonic pleural effusion

目的:探讨中心静脉导管置管闭式引流术在治疗类肺炎性胸腔积液中的应用效果。方法:收治类肺炎性胸腔积液患者48例,将其分为对照组和观察组,各24例。对照组采用常规胸腔穿刺抽液减压术治疗,观察组采用中心静脉导管置管闭式引流术治疗。结果:观察组引流时间、住院时间、术后VAS评分和术后并发症发生率显著优于对照组,引流总有效率显著升高。结论:中心静脉导管置管闭式引流术可有效去除胸腔积液,极大减轻患者的疼痛和活动限制,疗效显著,操作安全简便。

Objective:To investigate the effect of closed drainage with central venous catheter in the treatment of pneumonic pleural effusion.Methods:48 patients with pneumonia pleural effusion were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 24 cases in each.The patients in the control group were treated by routine thoracic puncture and drainage,and the observation group was treated with central venous catheter closed drainage.Results:The drainage time,hospitalization time,postoperative VAS score and postoperative complication rate of the observation group were significantly decreased,and the total effective rate of the drainage was significantly increased.Conclusion:Central venous catheter closed drainage can effectively remove pleural effusion,greatly reduce patient pain and activity restrictions.The effect is significant,safe and simple operation.
