十全大补汤在慢性心力衰竭治疗中的应用价值分析

The application value of Shiquan Dabu decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure

目的:探讨十全大补汤治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的效果。方法:收治慢性心力衰竭患者75例作为联合治疗组,采用常规抗心衰联合十全大补汤治疗;收治慢性心力衰竭患者75例作为常规组,采用常规抗心衰治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,联合治疗组6 min步行距离、总有效率优于常规组,中医证候积分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:十全大补汤治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of Shiquan Dabu decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:75 patients with chronic heart failure were selected as the combined treatment group,and they were treated with conventional anti heart failure therapy combined with Shiquan Dabu decoction.75 patients with chronic heart failure were selected as the conventional group,and they were treated with conventional anti heart failure treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the combined treatment group,the walking distance of 6 minutes and the total effective rate were higher than the conventional group,and the score of TCM syndrome was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Shiquan Dabu decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure was significant.
