参芪通脉饮对使用预混胰岛素2型糖尿病患者血糖波动影响的临床观察

Clinical observation of the effect of Shenqi Tongmai decoction on blood glucose fluctuation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus using premixed insulin

目的:探讨参芪通脉饮对使用预混胰岛素的2型糖尿病患者血糖波动的影响。方法:将136例使用预混胰岛素的2型糖尿病患者分为试验组70例和空白组66例。试验组给予参芪通脉饮联合预混胰岛素治疗,空白组给予预混胰岛素治疗。结果:试验组第7天、第15天MAGE小于空白组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪通脉饮可有效减少使用预混胰岛素2型糖尿病患者的日内血糖波动幅度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenqi Tongmai decoction on blood glucose fluctuation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus using premixed insulin.Methods:136 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated with premixed insulin were divided into the experimental group(70 cases) and the blank group(66 cases).The experimental group was treated with Shen Qi Tong Mai decoction combined with premixed insulin,and the blank group was treated with premixed insulin.Results:The MAGE of the experimental group at the seventh day and fifteenth day were less than those of the blank group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Tongmai decoction can reduce the daily fluctuation of blood glucose effectively in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus using premixed insulin.
