免散瞳彩色眼底照相对糖尿病视网膜病变患者的早期诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨免散瞳彩色眼底照相对早期诊断糖尿病视网膜病变的临床价值。方法:收治2型糖尿病患者120例(240只眼),均行免散瞳彩色眼底照相,探讨其诊断价值。结果:DM 0级53.3%,确诊为DRⅠ~Ⅵ级46.7%;其中5.4%因晶状体混浊行直接眼底镜检查无法清晰显示,经数码眼底照相诊断后能清晰地显示。结论:彩色眼底照相可有效早期诊断DR患者并分期。 Objective:To explore the early diagnostic value of non mydriatic chromatic fundus photography for patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods:120 patients(240 eyes) with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected.They were given with non mydriatic chromatic fundus photography examination.We evaluated the diagnostic value.Results:53.3% was the DM 0.46.7% was diagnosed with DR Ⅰ to Ⅵ.5.4% of them were not clearly displayed with direct ophthalmoscopy because of phacoscotasmus.After digital fundus photography,the result was clearly displayed.Conclusion:Chromatic fundus photography can effectively diagnose DR patients early,and achieve accurate staging.
