混合痔术后肛门水肿中药熏洗坐浴治疗的护理观察

Observation on the nursing care of traditional Chinese medicine fumigating and washing therapy in the treatment of postoperative mixed hemorrhoids anal edema

目的:探讨对混合痔术后肛门水肿患者采用中药熏洗坐浴治疗方法的护理措施以及临床疗效。方法:收治混合痔术后出现肛门水肿患者76例,随机平分两组。对照组给予穴位敷贴以及常规的护理措施,研究组则给予复方黄柏洗剂进行熏洗坐浴,换药时使用自制中医生肌散,并在常规护理干预基础上实施针对性的护理措施。对比两组治疗效果以及患者满意度。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率92.11%,对照组73.68%;研究组总满意率89.47%,对照组71.05%。两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对混合痔术后出现肛门水肿患者采用中药熏洗坐浴的治疗方法效果显著,加之针对性的护理措施可以进一步缓解患者术后肛门水肿情况。

Objective:To explore the nursing interventions and clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigating and washing therapy in the treatment of postoperative mixed hemorrhoids anal edema.Methods:76 patients with anal edema after mixed hemorrhoid surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was given acupoint application and routine nursing.The study group was given fufanghuangbai lotion fumigating and washing.The self-made traditional Chinese medicine 'muscle powder' was used in the dressing change,and the pertinent nursing measures were carried out on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The treatment effect and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 92.11%,and that of the control group was 73.68%.The total satisfaction rate of the study group was 89.47%,and that of the control group was 71.05%.The differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine fumigating and washing therapy in the treatment of postoperative mixed hemorrhoids anal edema is significant.In addition,the targeted nursing measures can further alleviate the postoperative anal edema.
