摘要
目的:探讨1+1+1组合签约对老年人健康管理的影响。方法:选取65岁老年人180例,平分两组。试验组给予家庭医生1+1+1组合签约服务,对照组未接受此服务。比较2016及2017年的健康体检信息。结果:2016年老年人健康体检数据,试验组各项异常指标明显低于对照组,除3项外,其余各项差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2017年老年人健康体检数据,试验组各项指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭医生1+1+1组合签约服务效果良好。
Objective:To investigate the influence of 1+1+1 combination contract on health management of the elderly.Methods:180 people aged 65 years old were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.Tthe experimental group was given 1 + 1 + 1 contract signing service by family doctor,while the control group was not received this service.Health examination information was compared between 2016 and 2017.Results:Comparison of the physical examination data of the elderly in 2016,the experimental group of abnormal indicators were significantly lower than the control group;except three items,the rest of the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical examination data of the elderly in 2017 showed that the indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The family doctor 1+1+1 combination contract service is effective.
