护理不良事件的原因分析及防范措施

Cause analysis and preventive measures of nursing adverse events

目的:探究护理不良事件的原因及防范措施。方法:收治患者265例,回顾性分析临床资料,统计护理不良事件发生率,并对发生原因进行分析。结果:265例患者中,发生护理不良事件33例,以跌倒、压疮、坠床、输液渗漏、给药错误、液体外渗、导管滑脱等较常见;对发生原因进分析可知,沟通不良、评估不足、管理不当、违规操作、培训不到位、能力不足所占比例分别为45.45%、21.21%、12.12%、9.09%、6.06%、6.06%,沟通不良所占比例显著高于其他原因所占比例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理不良事件的发生率较高,且原因较多,医院应结合实际情况采取合理的防范措施。

Objective:To investigate the causes and preventive measures of nursing adverse events.Methods:The clinical data of265 patients were analyzed retrospectively.The incidence of adverse events in nursing care was analyzed,and the causes were analyzed.Results:In 265 patients,33 cases of nursing adverse events occurred,such as falls,pressure sores,falling bed,infusion leakage,medication errors,fluid extravasation,catheter slippage, and so on.Analysis of the causes of occurrence showed that the proportion of poor communication,inadequate assessment,improper management,illegal operation,inadequate training and insufficient capacity were 45.45%,21.21%,12.12%,9.09%,6.06% and 6.06% respectively.Statistics found that the proportion of bad communication was significantly higher than the proportion of other reasons,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of nursing adverse events is high,and there are many reasons.Hospitals should take reasonable precautions according to the actual situation.
