摘要
钢结构耐火性能差,钢塔作为桥梁的主要承重结构,在火灾中可能造成桥梁坍塌的严重后果。以泰州大桥钢塔为原型设计了缩比试验,以钢塔表面温度达到200℃作为钢塔受损判别准则,研究危化品罐车火灾场景中桥梁钢塔进行涂料防护的防火效果。实验表明:未涂覆防火涂料时,钢表面最高平均温度可达到临界温度200℃;超薄型、薄型、厚型防火涂料均能有效降低钢板表面温度;厚型防火涂料实验效果最为明显,最高平均温度只有64℃。实验研究结果可为制定桥梁钢结构防火设计规范提供基础数据。
With the poor fireproof performance of steel structures,the steel tower,as the main load-bearing structure of a bridge,can cause the serious consequences of bridge collapse when exposed to fire.In this paper,taking Taizhou bridge as a prototype,the retardant coatings were experimentally studied on the fireproof application of bridge steel tower.The surface temperature of steel tower reaching 200℃ was used as damage criterion.The test results showed that the surface temperature of steel tower without coating can reach 200℃,while the ultra-thin,thick,and thin type fire retardant coatings all can reduce the surface temperature and protect the steel structure.The thick type coating gained the best test effect with the highest steel surface temperature of only 64℃.The results can provide basic data for developing bridge steel structure protection design norms.
