银杏达莫注射液对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

Effectiveness Observation of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection in Treatment of Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的观察银杏达莫注射液对不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择2014年8月—2017年2月在南通市第一人民医院就诊的134例不稳定型心绞痛。按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组67例。均给予常规治疗,观察组加用银杏达莫注射液。比较两组治疗前后心绞痛发作频率和发作时间、平板试验心电图指标以及血液流变学指标。观察两组的临床疗效和心电图疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床疗效和心电图疗效总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组发作频率、发作时间、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、ST段下移持续时间和最大ST段下降均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组ST段下降0.1 m V时间长于治疗前,且观察组长于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论常规治疗措施联合银杏达莫注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛可提高效果,改善心电图及血液流变学指标,且较安全。

Objective To observe effectiveness of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection in treatmentof patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 134 patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted duringAugust 2014 and February 2017 were divided into control group （ n = 67）and observation group （ n = 67）according todifferent treatment methods. All patients received routine treatments,while observation group was added with Ginkgo LeafExtract and Dipyridamole Injection. Seizure frequency and time,plate test,treadmill test electrocardiogram （ ECG）index and hemorrheologic index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Clinical efficacy,ECGeffectiveness and incidence of adverse reactions were observed in two groups. Results Clinical efficacy,ECG effectiveness and the total effective rate in observation group were significantly better than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05） . Afer treatment,values of seizure frequency and time,high whole blood viscosity,low whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosty,duration of ST segment depression and the largest value of ST segment decline were significantly lower than those beore treatment in two groups,and the values in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈0 05） ;times of 0. 1 mV ST segment depression were significantly longer than those before treatment in two groups,and the time in observation group was significantly longer than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05） . There was no significantdifference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Routinetreatments combined with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection in treatment of patients with unstable anginapectoris can improve therapeutic effect,improve ECG and hemorrheologic indexes with more safety.
