摘要
联盟间知识互动关系对联盟组合的知识创新增长有着重要的影响。本文首先运用Lotka-Volterra模型,构建了联盟组合知识增长模型;然后以联盟间知识互动关系为切入点,分别研究了互动、竞争、替代三种联盟组合策略对联盟组合知识创新的影响;之后以大唐移动公司的联盟组合策略为案例对研究结论进行了解释。最后,面向焦点企业提出针对不同组合策略的管理启示。
The knowledge interaction between alliances has important influence on the growth of knowledge innovation in alliance portfolio. In this paper,a knowledge growth model of alliance portfolio is built on Lotka-Volterra model. Then by means of analyzing different knowledge interactions,three kinds of corresponding portfolio strategy and their influence on alliance portfolio knowledge growth are studied through model analysis and simulation. Datang mobile alliance portfolio case illustrates the conclusion. Finally,management implications are mentioned to the focal enterprise.
