摘要
提出一种结合Ansys Electronics的Circuit模块和Maxwell 3D瞬态仿真模块的方法,对一款双E型交流接触器进行动态特性分析。利用Circuit模块建立交流接触器的外加激励电路,再利用Maxwell建立交流接触器的三维有限元模型,计算了交流接触器不同合闸相角与不同吸合电压下的电流特性、时间特性、末速度特性。最后,利用试验测试对仿真结果进行对比验证,仿真误差小于10%。所提仿真方法能为交流接触器优化设计提供理论支持。
A combination method of Ansys Electronics' s Circuit and Maxwell was proposed,and Dynamic characteristics of AC contactor with double E-type were analyzed. AC contactor 's voltage power excitation was established by Circuit model. The 3 D finite element model was built by software of Maxwell,and the characteristics of current,time and speed in different phase angles and different pull-in voltage were analyzed. In the end,tests were accomplished to confirm simulation result,and the error of the test was less than 10%. The result provides a theoretical support for optimization design of AC contactor.
