摘要
针对电动机断路器操作机构的设计难点,结合某一款电动机断路器的操作机构进行了分析。通过计算机构压力角、传动角、行程速度比,经静力学分析和运动仿真,总结出机构设计思路。实际运用证明,所提方法能有效提高产品设计效率。
This article introduced a new generation of compact and current-limiting moulded case circuit breaker for motor protection,which can be used in the control and protection of AC 400 V/45 k W induction motor and the load of rated current 100 A or below. The key of the design is operating mechanism. Combining with the analysis of some operating mechanism of motor circuit breaker,the article discussed the desigh idea through calculating its pressure angle,driving angle and route velocity ratio,based on the statics analysis and motion analysis.
