摘要 为了提高低压配电系统供电的连续性和稳定性,按照具有自动重合闸功能的剩余电流保护断路器(CBAR)国家标准要求,设计了一种整体式TD型的CBAR,给出了控制器的硬件设计与软件程序流程。TD型CBAR具有分断能力高、可靠性高的特点,并内置多种通信协议。试验结果证明,TD型CBAR动作可靠、性能稳定、检测精度高,满足通信基站、交通信号点、农村户外配电装置建设的实际需求。 In order to improve the continuity and stability of power supply in low voltage power distribution system,this paper designed an integrated and reclosing time-delay CBAR,and put forward the hardware design and software structure. According to the requirement of CBAR national standard,this type of CBAR not only has the characteristics of high breaking capacity and high reliability,but also has a variety of communication protocols. The test results show that this type of CBAR has reliable operation,stable performance and high detection accuracy,and could meet the communication base station,traffic signal points,rural outdoor power distribution facilities for actual needs.
